Forging the Leaders of Sovereignty

At the heart of the major transformations of the 2026-2035 decade, Nana Zakia Heritage positions itself as the strategic partner of African decision-makers. From Casablanca to Abidjan, from Cairo to Tunis, we understand the imperative of autonomous growth and uninhibited influence. Because Africa is the crossroads of new intelligences, we transform your regional specificities into competitive advantages on the world stage. We prepare leaders to steer public and private action with vision, with due regard for the continent's institutional dynamics.

Focus 2026 · Sovereignty & Resilience

Forging the continent's sovereign resilience

The 2026-2035 decade confronts African leaders with the convergence of simultaneous transitions: continental integration under the AfCFTA, digital sovereignty in the face of technology giants, unprecedented demographic transitions, and the impact of global geopolitical crises on the continent's supply chains and investment flows.

Digital and technological sovereignty
Steer the adoption of AI and emerging technologies as levers of autonomy, not dependence
Resilience of national champions
Structure industrial groups to achieve critical scale guaranteeing independence in the face of external shocks
Democratic transitions and institutional stability
Support electoral processes, governmental coalitions and transitions of power with methodology and legitimacy
Attractiveness for international capital
Prepare organisations for fundraising and the governance standards required by global investors

Our Resilience 2026-2035 module, rooted in Viktor Frankl's work and prospective data from the WHO and the World Economic Forum, prepares your teams for the structural challenges of the African decade.
